• PLEASE do not arrive more then 10 minutes late. Anything after 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled /rescheduled. • NO extra people (kids, spouse, friend etc.) because i am home based. • There is a $25 NONREFUNDABLE deposit due at the time of booking. This will go towards your service the day of. NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT. • If i do not receive your confirmation 72 hours before your appointment it will be cancelled automatically. ANY NO SHOWS OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE TOTAL; FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN BEING BLOCKED FROM MY BOOKING SITE. •Every set i do will take 2-3 hours depending on design. So if you do not have that amount of time i ask that you reschedule to a later date. • You must come with bare nails. I do NOT soak off other work. If you come with foreign product on there will be an up charge. If it is my work and you need a soak off it needs to be booked accordingly. •Please message me with any questions about the website, what to book, any changes you need to make with your appointment, pricing for a set etc. • IF YOU DO NOT BOOK YOUR ADD ON I WILL NOT HAVE TIME FOR IT & IT WILL NOT BE DONE. Cancellation Policy
If appointment is cancelled within less then 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 30% of the service. Any no show will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you are sick or have an emergency PLEASE reach out to me personally so we can discuss rescheduling etc.
